Keith Cocozza is the Executive Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Communications at WarnerMedia. Cocozza is responsible for developing and executing the company’s communication strategy and working collaboratively with the various corporate function areas and divisional businesses to manage the perception of the company. He is also responsible for internal communications and corporate marketing initiatives.
He previously served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications at Time Warner Inc. where he was responsible for developing and executing the company’s communication strategy. Cocozza joined Time Warner Inc. as Senior Director of Corporate Communications at Time Warner Cable where he served as spokesperson, developed public relations messaging and coordinated public positioning with the company’s operating divisions across the country.
Prior to Time Warner Cable, Cocozza was the Director of Media Relations for Cablevision Systems Corporation. He began his stint at Cablevision as Director of Corporate Communications in its cable network group, Rainbow Media Holdings, Inc.
Cocozza began his professional career in politics and government having served as PR Director for the NYC Department of Transportation and Legislative Affairs Director in the New York City Mayor’s Office. Prior to that, he worked for New York State Governor Mario Cuomo in the Office of Rural Affairs as Director of Public Information.
Cocozza is a graduate of Providence College where he received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Communications. He lives in Fairfield, Connecticut with his wife and two children.
